The Jacksonville Prostate Center (JPC) at McIver Urological Clinic is a regional referral center for the treatment of prostate diseases. The center provides comprehensive diagnostic and treatment modalities for the management of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) and prostate cancer.

A unique aspect of prostate diseases is the multitude of treatment options. Unfortunately, many patients are steered to less than optimal management by physicians or groups who are unable to provide all these options. This is even the case at many “expert’ institutions who focus all their time and resources on one operation or procedure.

Our goal in developing the prostate center was to develop a state of the art center specializing in all options to provide patients with the ability to choose the best option for them. The goal was not limited to just providing the options, but rather providing them in an expert fashion. McIver clinic physicians, as outlined herein, have developed and refined their techniques creating a center of excellence in North Florida.
